The company was established and registered in 2014. The establishment of the company was in view of the envisaged enormous economic growth in the country. It was thus obvious that a new vision is required to take the economic growth to new heights so as to fight poverty and create jobs to the vast unemployed majorities in the country through skills development and training. The organization’s main mission lies within its passion for youth development and empowering the youth from previously disadvantaged communities. After having seen the gap in the South African Skills environment the organization embarked on assisting in bridging the gap between the lack of Skills and inability of the majority of the school leavers to be able have skills and knowledge in various sectors of education and providing an ongoing support through training.
Chenson Sithole is the managing director of Chanrose training and development projects. He studied National diploma in business management. He also holds Assessor, moderation and SDF courses.In 2010 He completed the diploma. He then pursed career in facilitation job starting in 2011 at Better best college facilitating New venture creation courses.In 2014 Mr Sithole pursed lecturing at Waterberg TVET college offering nated courses. He was lecturing N4-N6 computer, N5&N6 entrepreneurship, Public relations N5 and Sales management N5. Mr Sithole was a lecturer at SekhukhuneTVET college offering wholesale & retail qualifications.
Mr Chenson Sithole in 2014 resigned as lecturer and Started his own company called Chanrose training and Started Thabangofe Lejoy Trading enterprise in 2019 which is accredited with service seta and Foodbev seta.
